The trained team is assisted by a few of our experienced consultants to ensure proper handholding as well as quality deliverables. The contract resource is provided for minimum duration of 3 months. They may have some experience but will have only training and short duration project experience on the skill they have been trained on. There are separate rates for contract staff working at our premise or at client premise. These resources are excellent for working as junior team members in development projects or for support/maintenance/enhancement based project assignments. We cater to international as well as domestic market. 2 week of billing is required to be paid in advance.

Permanent Staffing for Trained Professionals

Our trained professionals are much superior substitute for freshers hired from campus where corporate have to spend on their training. Corporates looking for hiring resources on their direct payrolls for niche skills can benefit from our trained pool of candidates. We provide customized hiring packages for our clients based on volume, skill as well as location of hiring.

We cater to the domestic as well as international market. Payment is required within 10 days of hiring, we cannot offer replacement guarantee as it will be subject to additional trained professionals on the same skill being available with us.

Training & Placement for Campus Hire

Based on specific requirement from client, we conduct recruitment drives in regional colleges to find the right talent. Then our trainers groom them and we present the final product to our client for their selection. The cost of training is borne by the trainee themselves, providing significant cost advantage to clients. The candidate thus selected can be hired directly or on contract via our payrolls, as it suit client needs.
